Our commitment

CoreQuery is built with privacy at its core. We understand that mining documents contain sensitive operational, financial, and strategic information. Your data privacy is not negotiable.

Demo usage

When you use our public demo:

• We do not store your questions or the answers we generate server-side
• Demo interactions are processed in real-time and discarded immediately
• The demo uses pre-loaded public documents only
• No user tracking or analytics are enabled by default

Document handling

For documents you upload (when this feature is available):

• We never use your documents to train AI models
• Documents are processed in isolated environments
• You control retention and deletion
• Enterprise customers can opt for on-premises deployment where data never leaves your infrastructure

Third-party services

We use OpenAI's API for embeddings and language model inference. OpenAI's API terms state they do not use API data to train their models. However, we recommend on-premises deployment for maximum control over sensitive documents.

On-premises deployment

Our roadmap includes optional on-premises or VPC deployment where:

• All data processing happens within your infrastructure
• No data is transmitted to external services
• You can use your own LLM endpoints
• Complete audit logs are available

Cookies and tracking

We do not use cookies or tracking pixels in the MVP. If we add analytics in the future, it will be opt-in only and clearly disclosed.
